Payment procedure takes 15-45 seconds, after that You return to our site and print your ticket. Additionally, a confirmation with the ticket’s number and security code will be sent on the e-mail You indicated.

If you cannot print your ticket at once after payment, it is possible:

- to print the ticket later, You need to go to the section “Your tickets” on www.eco-tickets.com  (Remember! You need to know ticket’s number and security code)

- to get the ticket in any ECOLINES agency or at the stewardess in the bus, but You need to say ticket’s number and to pay 10% of the ticket’s price, but not more than 2 EUR (Tallinn-Riga, Tartu-Riga EEK 10)

In emergency, if you, for example, did not get your ticket’s number for some reason, address to the online booking administrators (languages: Latvian, Russian, English, you can also write in Estonian, Lithuanian, German, Polish, Bulgarian). It is necessary to indicate name and surname of the payer, date of payment, date of journey, route, names and surnames of passengers and tickets prices.
